We are emergencies.

For my raster project, I've decided to go with my "Emergency Room" idea. Through access from my friend who works at Banner Gateway in Gilbert, I hope to be able to stay in the emergency room/waiting area for a large portion of a day and into the night, capturing the energy present in the environment. What I hope to get out of this is a sense of chaos, noting the different conditions which have brought the patients in, and the time it takes for them to be treated-- the priority of "who gets cured first," so to speak. I want to see the pain and worry of each moment in one big picture. It would not only individually show the problems of the patients, but also represent the stress on the doctors' shoulders who deal with this on a daily basis.
